By using BharatPDF you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
You may use BharatPDF to convert documents you own or have the legal right to process. The service is provided for personal, educational, and professional use. Commercial use for your own business workflows is permitted.
You must not upload files that contain illegal content, malware, or violate third-party intellectual property rights. Automated mass uploading, scraping, or abuse of the service is prohibited. We reserve the right to block access for abusive usage.
All uploaded and converted files are automatically deleted within 60 minutes. We do not guarantee availability beyond this window. Download your converted file promptly. We are not liable for files lost due to server issues or expiry.
BharatPDF is provided 'as is' without any warranties. Conversion quality depends on the input file and may not be perfect — particularly for complex layouts or proprietary formats. We do not guarantee 100% fidelity for all conversions.
BharatPDF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (zero, as it is free).
You retain full ownership of your uploaded files. BharatPDF does not claim any rights to your content. The BharatPDF name, logo, and code are protected by copyright.
Our Privacy Policy governs how we handle your data. In short: we process files only to perform conversions and delete them automatically within 60 minutes.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
